To ensure the utmost efficiency and protect our valuable time, we kindly request that a card be placed on file prior to booking appointments. Rest assured, your card will never be charged without prior notification from us, allowing complete transparency in case of no-shows or cancellations.

Cancellations
For a seamless experience at Truluck Studio, we highly value your time. To maintain our standards, please provide 48-hour notice for cancellations. Less notice incurs a 50% charge, while no-shows are charged in full. We understand unforeseen circumstances and accommodate changes with advance notice. After 3 cancellations or no-shows, further bookings are not possible with our stylist. Thank you for choosing Truluck Studio for your luxurious beauty experience.
Quality Time
If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. To maintain our commitment to punctuality and respect for all clients, a late fee may be applied, or we may need to reschedule your appointment. This ensures that our subsequent appointments stay on schedule and prevents any inconvenience to other valued clients. Guests & Children
To ensure a serene and safe environment, we kindly request that no extra guests accompany you to your appointment if they are not receiving a service. For this reason, we kindly ask that children do not accompany you unless they are receiving a service.
